Return Policy
Non-Returnable Products
For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

- Eatables (perishable and food items)
- Personal Hygiene Products (e.g., toiletries, grooming kits, and health-related items)
Returnable Products
- Non-perishable, non-consumable items (e.g., electronics, clothing, and home goods) can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Submit a return request via our website or customer support within the return window.
- Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to the provided return address.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds and Replacements
- Refunds: Processed to the original payment method.
- Replacements: Available for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
